Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 2 c. shelled, uncooked shrimp
  • 1/4 c. celery, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion, chopped celery, and minced garlic; cook until tender.
  2. Combine cream of mushroom soup and sour cream in a bowl, then stir in ketchup and the cooked onion mixture.
  3. Cook the mixture until it bubbles.
  4. Add shelled, uncooked shrimp to the skillet and cook until the shrimp turn pink.
  5. Serve the shrimp and sauce over cooked rice.
