- 1 lb. shrimp ⓘ
- 1 1/2 sticks butter ⓘ
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions ⓘ
- 3/4 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon basil ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley ⓘ
- 6 tablespoons chicken broth ⓘ

Instructions
- Melt 1 stick of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped scallions, salt, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, basil, thyme, and oregano. Stir to combine.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Add sliced mushrooms and pour in 6 tablespoons of chicken broth. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Add the remaining butter in chunks and stir until melted and incorporated.
- Add chopped parsley and 2 tablespoons of chicken broth to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
- Pour the shrimp and sauce mixture over cooked rice and serve.
