- 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup ⓘ
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk ⓘ
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon melted butter ⓘ
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs ⓘ
Instructions
- Boil chicken breasts with salt until tender, then drain and set aside.
- Cook frozen broccoli, chopped carrot, and chopped onion until tender, then drain.
- Place the cooked chicken and vegetables in a buttered baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, evaporated milk, grated Cheddar cheese, lemon juice, and curry powder.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter over the bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
