Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza crust (12 x 15 inches)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic in butter; let cool.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and mix well to achieve spreading consistency.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the prepared pizza crust.
  4. Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella cheese over the cheese mixture.
  5. Add chopped vegetables and cooked shrimp evenly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
