- Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
- Heat tomato soup to boiling, add cream cheese, stirring until well blended.
- Add gelatin mixture, mix well and let cool.
- Add shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, and onions. Pour into a 6-cup ring mold.
- Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
- Unmold onto lettuce leaves.
- Serve with Ritz crackers.
