Ingredients

  • 2 small cans shrimp, deveined
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 3 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
  2. Heat tomato soup to boiling, add cream cheese, stirring until well blended.
  3. Add gelatin mixture, mix well and let cool.
  4. Add shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, and onions. Pour into a 6-cup ring mold.
  5. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. Unmold onto lettuce leaves.
  7. Serve with Ritz crackers.
