Ingredients

  • boiled shrimp
  • 1/2 c. shrimp water
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • bell pepper
  • celery, chopped

Instructions

  1. Saute the onion, bell pepper, and celery in butter.
  2. Add all ingredients together and cook until the cheese melts.
  3. Serve over rice.
