Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, cooked and drained
  • 2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 c. cooked and diced chicken or turkey
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to boiling over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
