Shrimp-Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked shrimp
  • 6 oz. pkg. wide noodles
  • 1 can asparagus
  • 1 can green peas
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to directions on package; drain.
  2. Drain asparagus and peas.
  3. Put shrimp, noodles, asparagus, peas and croutons together in large pan.
  4. Stir mushroom soup and milk together.
  5. Pour over shrimp and vegetable mixture in pan.
  6. Add seasoning.
  7. Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  8. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
  9. Serves 8 to 10.
