Shrimpys are flavorful, creamy shrimp spread served on toasted English muffins, perfect for brunch or appetizer gatherings with bold seasoning and rich textures.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can shrimp, drained
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Old Bay seasoning to taste
  • English muffins, split in half

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and spread on split English muffins.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
  3. Let cool slightly.
  4. Cut into quarters and serve.
