Ingredients

  • 2 lb. cooked, sliced squash
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Pepperidge Farm stuffing (plain or cornbread flavor)
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Add melted margarine to half of the stuffing mix.
  2. Mix the seasoned stuffing with cooked, sliced squash, grated carrot, grated onion, sour cream, and undiluted cream of chicken soup.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a large greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining stuffing over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
