Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can salmon, drained
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix drained salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, grated onion, prepared horseradish, liquid smoke, and salt together and chill.
  2. Form the mixture into a log shape.
  3. Roll or coat the log in chopped pecans and parsley mixture.
  4. Chill several hours before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers.
