Ingredients

  • 2 lb. shrimp
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • French bread

Instructions

  1. Place the shrimp in a 1-gallon Ziploc bag.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ziploc bag with the shrimp, seal it, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the smoker to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and arrange on the smoker rack.
  7. Smoke the shrimp for about 15-20 minutes until they are opaque and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with slices of French bread for dipping.
