Instructions
- Toast oats in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Place toasted oats in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Press firmly into a well-greased 11 x 16-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Cool and cut into squares.
