- Cream margarine and sugar together.
- Add eggs; mix well.
- Add oil; mix.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of sugar with cinnamon.
- Form dough into 1 teaspoon-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
