- Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.

- Shred the green cabbage.

- Add the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted and tender.
- Cook the potatoes separately until tender.
- Mix cooked potatoes with the cabbage mixture.
- Stir in sunflower seeds, cottage cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat the mixture through, then remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, yogurt, and cider vinegar.
