Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cornbread mix
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 2 cups cubed ham
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 8 oz. buttermilk Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare cornbread according to package directions and cool.
  2. Crumble the cooled cornbread.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Mix well to incorporate all flavors.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
