Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and drained squash, fiddleheads, spinach or broccoli
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese (Swiss, Cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
