Souper Chicken Casserole

A creamy, cheesy chicken casserole with vegetables, topped with crispy fried onions, perfect for comforting family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the cheese and half of the fried onions.
  2. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, top with remaining fried onions and cheese, then bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
