Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chiles, diced
  • 1 can (11 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 12 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef until crumbly and no longer pink; drain.
  2. Combine beef, onion, chiles, enchilada sauce, and soups in a bowl.
  3. Cut tortillas into halves or fourths.
  4. Layer tortillas with ground beef mixture and cheese in a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with additional cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
