Ingredients

  • 3 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced fine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and form small meatballs.
  2. Place in a microwave-safe pie plate and microwave on High until meatballs are almost fully cooked, about 6 to 7 minutes.
  3. Rearrange meatballs once during cooking.
  4. Give the dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
  5. Repeat the cooking process until all meatballs are cooked.
  6. Add the cooked meatballs to spaghetti sauce during the last hour of simmering.
