Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cut-up
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded American or Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the thin spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained), cream of chicken or mushroom soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and shredded cheese.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
