Ingredients

  • 1 can ground Spam or ham
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup (undiluted)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix ground Spam or ham, undiluted chicken noodle soup, rolled oats, beaten eggs, evaporated milk, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, salt, and pepper together.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and spread undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the top.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the mushroom soup.
  7. Bake for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
