Spam Or Ham Casserole
A hearty casserole combining ground Spam or ham with noodles, vegetables, and cheese, baked until bubbly. Perfect for a comforting family meal or casual gathering.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix ground Spam or ham, undiluted chicken noodle soup, rolled oats, beaten eggs, evaporated milk, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, salt, and pepper together.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the top.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the mushroom soup.
- Bake for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
