Ingredients

  • 3 cups V-8 vegetable juice
  • 1 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive or salad oil
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. In a covered blender container, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve with additional chopped vegetables.
