Ingredients

  • 2 lamb steaks (3/4 inch thick)
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour over steaks.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning steaks every 20 minutes.
  3. Broil 4 inches from heat, 6 minutes on each side for medium or 7 minutes for well done.
