Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 well beaten eggs
  • 3/4 c. margarine, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. stuffing mix, crushed

Instructions

  1. Cook, chop, and drain the spinach.
  2. Mix all ingredients well with hands.
  3. Chill the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Shape into walnut-sized balls.
  5. Bake at 350°F on a cookie sheet for about 15 minutes.
