Ingredients

  • 3 packages frozen spinach
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • flour
  • melted butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • granulated garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Thaw and drain the frozen spinach, then pack it into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Dip the chicken breasts in melted butter and flour, then place them on top of the spinach.
  3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.
  4. Pour the whipping cream evenly over the chicken and spinach.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden.
