Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 packages chopped spinach
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet with chopped onion, chopped garlic, canned mushrooms, and oregano.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place frozen chopped spinach on top of the beef mixture and cover to steam until mixable.
  4. Add cream of celery soup and sour cream to the skillet, then mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
