Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages chopped spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Season-All
  • 1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. seedless raisins

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped spinach as directed on the package and drain.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and half of the salt to prepare the white sauce, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour in the milk, stir, and cook for 1 minute until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Break the eggs into the sauce and beat lightly with a fork.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese, minced onion, Season-All, pepper, raisins, cooked spinach, and the remaining salt. Mix thoroughly.
