Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider adding minced garlic or a splash of lemon juice. If you're out of chervil, fresh parsley or thyme can be good substitutes. To enhance the dish, you can mix in some grated cheese just before serving. Additionally, feel free to swap in other vegetables like bell peppers or corn for variety.

Serving Suggestions

This squash mix pairs beautifully with grilled meats or as a side to a hearty main dish like Salisbury Steak(20 Servings). For a complete meal, serve it alongside a fresh salad or over a bed of rice. It can also be used as a filling for tortillas for a quick and delicious wrap.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water or broth to prevent sticking, or microwave in short intervals, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
