Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can red beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can green lima beans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp and set aside.
  2. Cook onions in bacon drippings until translucent.
  3. Mix cooked onions, crumbled bacon, remaining ingredients, and seasonings in a baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until heated through and bubbly.
