Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds lean beef or venison

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to create the marinade.
  2. Place lean beef or venison in the marinade and ensure it is well coated.
  3. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Proceed with drying or dehydrating the meat as desired.
