Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. lite soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 lb. chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. diced tomatoes
  • 6 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, Accent, lemon pepper, and garlic powder in a large shallow dish.
  2. Add chicken breasts and turn several times to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
