  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 3 c. hot cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Mix cold water, cornstarch, and soy sauce; reserve.
  2. Trim fat from beef steak.
  3. Cut beef into strips 2 inches long.
  4. Cut strips across the grain into 1/8-inch slices.
