Ingredients

  • cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • carrots, cut into small pieces
  • green peppers, cut into small pieces
  • red peppers, cut into small pieces
  • onion, cut into small pieces
  • chicken breast fillets, cut into small pieces
  • soy sauce
  • hoisin sauce
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables and chicken by cutting them into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add onions, carrots, peppers, cauliflower, and broccoli to the wok.
  5. Stir-fry the vegetables until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add garlic powder, black pepper, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce to the wok.
  7. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  8. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
