Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables and chicken by cutting them into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Add onions, carrots, peppers, cauliflower, and broccoli to the wok.
- Stir-fry the vegetables until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
