Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 20 ounces frozen strawberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Stir together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the beaten eggs, oil, frozen strawberries, and chopped nuts into the well.
  4. Stir until the mixture is moistened and combined.
  5. Pour the batter into two greased and floured loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes at 350°F (175°C) or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
