- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender.
- Stir in tomato soup, Tabasco sauce, and bouillon; bring to a simmer.
- Return onions and garlic to the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and heat through, but do not boil.
