Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with chopped onion in oil until the meat is browned.
  2. Drain well and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to season.
  3. In a greased casserole dish, layer shredded cabbage and the meat mixture alternately.
  4. Pour tomato soup evenly over the layered ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
