Delightful stuffed zucchini filled with seasoned ground beef, herbs, and Parmesan cheese, ideal for a flavorful and healthy main or side dish perfect for a cozy family meal.

Instructions
- Wash zucchini; cut off ends and halve lengthwise.
- Drop into a pot of boiling water and cook until slightly tender.
- Plunge zucchini into cold water, allow to cool, then drain.
- Scoop out pulp with a spoon, leaving the shell about 1/4-inch thick.
- Drain shells on paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, chopped parsley, celery salt, oregano, garlic powder, pepper, beaten egg, and Parmesan cheese.
- Stuff the zucchini shells with the beef mixture.
- Place stuffed zucchini in a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
