Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into about 30 to 40 meatballs.
  3. Bake in an oven at 350°F until browned, turning once.
  4. Add to cocktail sauce before serving.
