Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped sweet yellow pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add sugar snap peas and chopped sweet red and yellow peppers.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
