Ingredients

  • 8 oz. package lite cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cocktail sauce
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups green onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 1/3 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly on a flat large plate.
  2. Cover the cream cheese with cocktail sauce.
  3. Top with cooked shrimp, chopped green onions, chopped green peppers, sliced olives, diced tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve with heavy crackers.
