Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cubed patty pan yellow squash
  • 3 medium tomatoes peeled and cut in wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in sugar, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cubed patty pan squash and peeled tomato wedges.
  4. Cook over low heat just until vegetables are tender.
