Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil
  • 2/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Cauliflower buds
  • Broccoli buds
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Carrot sticks
  • Green beans
  • Ripe olives
  • Green olives
  • Small mushrooms
  • Artichoke hearts

Instructions

  1. Stir oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar until well blended.
  2. Pour the marinade over bite-sized fresh vegetables.
  3. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Other vegetables may be substituted, whatever sounds good to you.
