Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 package chocolate fudge frosting mix
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat water and 1/2 cup butter to a rolling boil.
  3. Stir in flour until well combined.
  4. Stir vigorously over low heat for about 1 minute until the mixture forms a ball.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth after each addition.
  7. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of the batter onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until puffed and golden.
