Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add bread crumbs and milk to the melted butter.
  3. Cook until the bread crumbs are soft.
  4. Add the flaked salmon, chopped parsley, eggs, salt, pepper, and paprika to the mixture.
  5. Mix lightly to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.
  8. Serve with cheese sauce or tartar sauce if desired.
