Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 4 tsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Use a greased shallow baking dish, just large enough to hold the shrimp in one layer.
  2. Arrange the cooked shrimp in the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, sauté sliced mushrooms in 3 teaspoons of butter until browned.
  4. Transfer the sautéed mushrooms to a bowl.
  5. In the same skillet, toss the mushrooms with the flour, then stir in sour cream, 4 teaspoons softened butter, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the mushroom sauce over the shrimp in the baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
  9. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
