Super Shrimp Casserole

- Use a greased shallow baking dish, just large enough to hold the shrimp in one layer.
- Arrange the cooked shrimp in the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, sauté sliced mushrooms in 3 teaspoons of butter until browned.
- Transfer the sautéed mushrooms to a bowl.
- In the same skillet, toss the mushrooms with the flour, then stir in sour cream, 4 teaspoons softened butter, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mushroom sauce over the shrimp in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and paprika.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
