Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef round steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. Add 2 teaspoons vegetable oil to a skillet and brown the beef strips.
  2. Set the browned beef aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and mushrooms until the mushrooms are tender.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet and stir in sour cream, chopped parsley, salt, dry mustard, and pepper.
  5. Cook over low heat, stirring until the mixture is heated through.
  6. Serve by placing cooked noodles on a platter and topping with the beef and sauce mixture.
