Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup rice (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 oz. chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the hamburger until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, water, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked hamburger and uncooked rice to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until rice is tender and casserole is heated through.
  7. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over the top just before serving for added crunch.
