- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the hamburger until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, water, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked hamburger and uncooked rice to the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until rice is tender and casserole is heated through.
- Sprinkle chow mein noodles over the top just before serving for added crunch.
