Ingredients

  • 2 lb. dry pinto beans
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 to 2 lb. cooked hamburger

Instructions

  1. Cook pinto beans for 2 1/2 hours, then drain.
  2. Add cooking oil, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, brown sugar, water, and cornstarch.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Pour into a baking dish.
  5. Stir in cooked hamburger.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
