Ingredients

  • 1 loaf white bread, toasted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes or 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 large stick celery, chopped
  • cooked giblets, reserve broth
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook
  2. giblets, backs and necks in unsalted water.
  3. Cut up giblets,
  4. reserving
  5. broth,
  6. cooked in.
  7. Combine all other ingredients and add giblets.
  8. Add enough broth to make mixture soupy.
  9. Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour or until done.
